                          April Meeting

Jo Ann Baldwin, Volunteer Coordinator and Victims Advocate came from Hardin County Crime Victims' Assistance Center and shared what is happening in our county and counties around us. It breaks your heart to realize people can be that mean to another person. She then told us of the help that was available and things she has and is doing and that part encouraged our hearts.                           March Meeting

The March meeting was informative and inspirational! Leila Melancon from RSVP, Retired and Senior Volunteer Program, came and gave us some challenging information. She bragged on AARP and the Wildwood community for being a group of people that volunteer and help others. She also opened up opportunites for us to consider. She said, "You've spent a lifetime developing skills and talents and building knowledge and abilities and now you are using them to help meet needs in your community and volunteering keeps you alert, healthy, and happy!"
